User Accounts

- Be responsible for activity under your account
We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse.
Purchases & Payments
All purchases and fund contributions are processed through third‑party payment providers.
By completing a transaction, you agree:
- To provide valid payment information
- That charges are authorized
We are not responsible for payment processor errors.
Gift Fund Contributions
Gift Fund Contributions & Payouts
By contributing to a gift fund, you acknowledge and agree:
- Contributions are voluntary and intended for the designated registry recipient.
- Contributions are processed via our third‑party payment processor.
- Vita Curata, LLC deducts:
- Standard payment processing fees
- Any clearly disclosed platform or service fees
- Net funds are distributed to the registry owner via Zelle, Venmo, or another agreed digital payment method.
Processing Time
Payouts are typically issued within 14 business days after the contribution is successfully processed.
We are not responsible for:
- Transfer delays caused by Zelle or Venmo
- Incorrect payout information provided by the registry owner
- Account freezes or payment platform restrictions
Non‑Refund Policy for Funds
Unless required by law:
- Gift fund contributions are non‑refundable once processed.
- Once funds are distributed to the registry owner, they cannot be reversed.
No Escrow Relationship
Vita Curata, LLC is not acting as a bank, escrow agent, or financial institution.
We temporarily facilitate transfers between contributors and registry owners.
Product Availability & Brand Partners
We work with third‑party brands and merchants.
We do not guarantee:
- Product availability
- Shipping timelines
- Manufacturer warranties
All product issues must be resolved in accordance with the brand’s policies.
Refund Policy
Refund eligibility depends on:
- The product vendor’s policies
- Whether the purchase was a physical product or fund contribution
Gift fund contributions are typically non‑refundable unless required by law.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including:
- Branding
- Logos
- Designs
- Registry formats
- Text and images
are the property of Vita Curata, LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vita Curata, LLC shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Third‑party product defects
- Shipping delays
- Misuse of gift funds by recipients
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in connection with the applicable transaction.
Indemnification

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York.
Any disputes shall be resolved in New York.
